Thank you for shopping at Pewter Crunchy. This Return and Refund Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Use. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help — but please note that different product types are subject to different return rules as described below.

FINAL SALE ITEMS — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
All Pokémon Trading Card Game products, including but not limited to individual cards, booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and any product containing Pokémon trading cards
Any sealed product that has been opened
Digital products of any kind, including but not limited to gift cards and digital artwork
Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase
We understand that Pokémon TCG products carry inherent variability in contents. This final sale policy reflects the nature of sealed TCG products and is consistent with industry standards.
LIVE BREAK ORDERS
All purchases of Pokémon TCG products through our live break service are final sale and non-refundable once placed.
If you are present during your break: Your product will be opened live on stream and shipped to you following the broadcast.
If you are not present: If you do not attend or announce your presence during the stream at the time your product is scheduled to be opened, your product will not be opened on stream. It will be shipped to you unopened following the broadcast.
If a stream is delayed or cancelled: Your order will carry over to the next scheduled stream. You will be notified of any changes via our social media channels, Discord, and email. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled stream, your order will be held for up to two consecutive streams following the original cancellation. After that point, your product will be shipped to you unopened. Following a rescheduled stream, you may request store credit in lieu of continued carry-over by contacting us before the rescheduled stream date. Refunds are not available for stream delays or cancellations.
PEWTER CRUNCHY MERCHANDISE — ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Pewter Crunchy branded merchandise, including apparel and accessories, may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date
The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and free of any visible customer-caused damage
Apparel must have all original tags attached
Original packaging is preferred where applicable
How to Request a Return: Submit your request through the contact form on our Site at https://pewtercrunchy.com/contact. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is covered by us for all approved returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please submit a return request for your original item and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.
GIFT CARDS
Unused gift cards may be cancelled and refunded upon request. Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded for any remaining balance. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Damage claims are subject to the carrier's standard terms and coverage limits.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at pewtercrunchy.com/contact with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in filing a lost package claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items returned outside the 14-day return window
Items returned without prior approval
Items that show signs of wear, use, or customer-caused damage
Items returned without their original tags or packaging where required
Any item listed under Section 2 of this policy
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions described in this policy.
