OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy is part of and incorporated into the Pewter Crunchy Terms of Use. By placing an order through our Site, you agree to the terms described below.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by us directly from Miami, Florida, United States.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
International Orders We currently accept international orders on a limited basis. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and any additional charges assessed by their local government or carrier upon import. These fees are not included in your order total at checkout and are billed separately by the relevant authority or carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Items returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refused delivery will not be refunded for the original shipping cost. If you would like the item reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected service. Available options include:

Carrier selection is based on availability, destination, and service level chosen at checkout. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier for any order.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE
General Merchandise Orders for physical merchandise are processed and shipped by the end of the current business week. Monday is our primary shipping day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Live Break Orders Orders for Pokémon TCG products purchased through our live break service are shipped within 1–2 business days following the completion of the stream in which the product was opened, or in which the product was held due to customer absence. If a product is being carried over due to a stream cancellation or reschedule, shipping will follow the same timeline after the applicable stream.
Please note that all estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided for all shipments via email once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment using the provided tracking information.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We package all orders with care. Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to that carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number and order details. Coverage is subject to the standard terms of the carrier service selected at checkout. We do not offer additional shipping insurance beyond what is included in the selected service.
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us at https://pewtercrunchy.com/contact and we will do our best to assist you in the claims process.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
