PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Pewter Crunchy offers the following through this Site:

Live TCG Breaks Customers may purchase Pokémon Trading Card Game products to be opened live during a scheduled stream on YouTube. Once a purchase is made, the customer's product will be opened on-stream during the designated broadcast. If a customer is not present or does not announce their attendance during the stream at the time their product is being opened, their product will be shipped to them unopened. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details on TCG purchase terms.

Physical Merchandise We offer Pokémon TCG-related items and Pewter Crunchy branded merchandise including apparel and accessories. Inventory is managed directly by us and is subject to availability.

Gift Cards Digital gift card codes are available for purchase and can be applied toward any eligible product on our Site. Gift cards are issued as unique digital codes. Physical gift cards are not available. Gift cards never expire. Unused gift cards may be refunded. Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order through this Site, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or are placing the order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

• All information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete

• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied automatically at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

LIVE BREAK PURCHASE TERMS

All purchases of Pokémon TCG products intended for live breaks are final sale. These sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is placed.

Attendance: Customers who purchase a live break product are encouraged to be present during the scheduled stream when their product is opened. If a customer is not present or does not communicate their attendance before or during the stream, their product will be shipped to them unopened following the stream.

Stream Delays or Cancellations: In the event that a scheduled stream is delayed or cancelled, all purchased products will carry over to the next scheduled stream. Customers will be notified of any changes through our social media channels, Discord, and email.

If a customer is unable to attend the rescheduled stream, their product will be held and carried forward for up to two consecutive streams following the original cancellation. After that point, if the customer has not been present or communicated attendance, the product will be shipped to them unopened. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Following a rescheduled stream, customers who prefer not to wait may request store credit in lieu of attendance carry-over by contacting us prior to the rescheduled stream date.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:

• Pokémon Trading Card Game products of any kind

• Any product containing Pokémon Trading Card Game cards

• Opened sealed products of any kind

• Digital products, including but not limited to gift cards and digital artwork

• Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase

PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods:

ACH, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Link, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, UnionPay, and Carte Bancaire.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Pewter Crunchy name, logo, brand identity, graphics, character art, written content, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Imagination Pixel, LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
